Beauty By Jenna was founded in 2024 by Jenna Grabow, an Autistic woman with high support needs, and her sister-in-law, Anna.

Before becoming a beauty brand founder, Jenna spent years trying to find her place in the working world. She earned her GED and became the first high-support-needs Autistic student to graduate from the Paul Mitchell School of Beauty in Sherman Oaks. A nine-month program took her three years.

But despite her determination, nobody would hire her.

So we decided to build a company that would.

Today, Beauty By Jenna creates premium, Made-in-USA lip care that's as joyful as the people behind it. Our products have been loved by Kristen Bell, featured on The Jennifer Hudson Show, and enjoyed by customers around the world.

But what makes us proudest is the opportunity we're creating. Five Autistic adults now work with us, earning $30 an hour, and our goal is to create 100 meaningful careers for Autistic and Disabled adults.

We're building a beauty company where incredible products and incredible people go hand in hand.

Because the world is a more beautiful place when everyone gets to be part of it.
